I think each of you faced the problem of poor quality embroidery. Sometimes this is due to not professional quality of the file embroidery. Some problems connected with the fact that the design has been changed: reduced or increased size, changed the order of colors. But it is often due to the fact that the applied or not the stabilizing materials or design of machine embroidery has been tested on a different form of tissue. Correspondence: "I’m using the PES format, with jogging fleece with 2 layers of cut-a-way stabilizer and 1 layer of water soluble topping. I’m getting buckles in the front right side of the car near the tire and headlight. Density could be part of the problem. I’m hopping you can help with this?"
Give us your feedback on the design size of the order of colors.
Correspondence: "Hi I’ve tried sewing out this new one you sent me with the heavy stabilizer it turned out a little better but still has a buckle in that same area. I’m now sewing it out with a lighter stabilizer (the poly mesh) just to see what it will do. Is it possible to have the base stitches of color block # 4 sew out 1st before all the other red stitches sew out? This may help prevent some of the stretching."
In the end, after hearing all of your wishes, we always help you solve the problem and achieve the desired quality.
Correspondence: "....The one I sewed on the light weight Poly Mesh stabilizer turned out not to bad.....
