Cancellation of already prepaid order or item(s) in a particular order.
If You wish to cancel any item in Your already prepaid order or full prepaid order You then should e-mail us with Your order number and details, with statement specifying the cause by which You wish to ask for a cancellation. Prepaid money we have already received in such a case are deposited at Your personal user account and You will be able to use them for future purchase in needlework.ru.
After Your money are deposited at Your personal user account You will be e-mailed a notification with Your deposit details. Next time purchasing You will have to e-mail us a request to charge Your deposit. Please note, that we are unable to cancel Your order or any item(s) in a particular order if Your order is already processed and sent to You.
