We call the conversion process from picture to machine embroidery file - digitizing. Embroidery machine digitizing is an artwork and requires special embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom Tajima Pulse, Compucon EOS, Wings..). This process requires time and experience to be performed very correctly. Embroidery digitizing is a one-time fee. Once you have approved design or logo size, color(s) and overall appearance (fabric, formats..) of your embroidery design it is ready to be embroidered on the garment. Your custom digitized artwork is kept in our files ready for all of your reorders.
